This agency is a COD advertising company, and the independent electrical contractor assigned to you will be required to wait for payment after the work is completed before leaving the site. The independent electrical contractor is not obliged to charge according to insurance rates. No refunds will be given once the invoice/quotation has been signed and accepted. I, the client/independent electrical contractor, hereby indemnify and hold harmless the agency from and against any claims, losses, expenses arising out of or resulting from the performance of work conducted by the allocated sub-contractor. I, the client/independent electrical contractor, indemnify the agency from any damage, loss, expense, bodily injury, sickness, disease, or death, or injury to or destruction of tangible property.
